How to set the time and alarms
One button: a short press, or a 3-second hold. Up to 3 alarms, repeated every day.
Choose what to set
For the time: 1 short press. For an alarm: with the screen off, 5 presses (alarm 1), 6 (alarm 2) or 7 (alarm 3).
Set the hour
Hold 3 seconds: the hour blinks. Change it with short presses.
Set the minutes
Hold 3 seconds again and change the minutes.
Done
Don't touch anything for about 8 seconds: it's saved. The alarm vibrates every day at that time.
OF = alarm off. To turn an alarm off, set it until OF appears.
Good to know: after the minutes of the time, each new 3-second hold moves on to the date, the 12/24 h format, then your height and weight (for the step counter). Don't need them? Don't touch anything for 8 seconds.

With their wristband, your child wakes up on their own and on time, without waking their brothers and sisters.
Frequently asked questions
Will it really wake me up?
Yes. SoloAlarm vibrates right on your wrist, a signal your brain picks up naturally, even when you have learned to ignore or switch off sound alarms without noticing. It vibrates for about 60 seconds: if you tend to fall back asleep, set a second alarm 5 minutes later. And if it does not wake you, you risk nothing: we refund you.
Is it really silent for my partner?
Completely. It only wakes the person wearing it. No noise and no light: ideal for couples who get up at different times.
Can my children use it?
Yes. The strap adjusts to small and large wrists, and it is suitable for children from 6 years old. Your child wakes up alone, on time, without waking the rest of the house.
How long does the battery last?
Up to 14 days, depending on use. The module plugs straight into any USB port, no cable needed, and charges fully in about an hour. If the screen doesn't light up when you plug it in, turn it over. Charge it fully before the first use. When the battery drops below 10%, the screen shows the remaining charge to remind you to charge it. If it ever runs completely flat, set the time and alarms again.
Can I shower with it?
No. It is splash resistant (IP65), so you can wash your hands with it on, but it cannot be submerged: take it off to shower or swim.
